With five production lines, including one fully automated assembly line and multiple winding machines, we ensure precision and efficiency in every step of the production process.
Our factory follows strict quality control measures to maintain high standards across all products. Each item undergoes comprehensive testing, including bending force, motor temperature rise, ON/OFF cycles, lock tests, and environmental tests such as salt spray, dust, and waterproof assessments. This ensures that our cooling fans meet international certifications like ISO9001:2015, CE, and UL.
We are capable of producing up to 1.2 million units per month, ensuring a stable supply to meet the needs of both domestic and international clients.
